University meets the challenge

Great effort by the Hare and Hounds
A charity auction at the Hare and Hounds inn at Bowland Bridge raised a fantastic £5,600 (boosted to £6,114 by Gift Aid) for the Windermere and District Foodbank. Many thanks to all who took part in such a wonderful event.

Spreading the Christmas cheer
Magda, of Windermere and District Foodbank, was delighted to receive a wonderful donation from the Carver Uniting Church, who raised money for the foodbank at their Christmas fair. A big thank-you to everyone who contributed to such a generous and welcome gesture.

Processing the latest harvest festival offering.
